It is against the law to transport illegal aliens
Who said no one is above the law?
We recently saw this FactCheck online, which cited Joe Biden and Kamala Harris ordering the Democrat regime to traffic illegal aliens into America using DOD airplanes. We knew it was true, we witnessed it, real time, and it's been documented by airline duty rosters and logs. Somebody asked "but isn’t it illegal to transport aliens?" So we contacted legal counsel and here’s the law that no one is above :
YES, it’s a felony.
Subsection (a)(1)(A)(ii) of Title 8 of the U.S. Code makes it a felony punishable by up to ten (10) years in federal prison to:
transport or move or attempt to transport or move such [an alien illegally in the United States] within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law.
No one is above the law?
So, one must ask if the Democrat administration, Kamala Harris, flying illegal aliens into cities around the country is not against the law, or are there exceptions to the Democrat's mantra “No one is above the Law!”
And that's your Teachable Moment moment of the day . . . any time someone utters : "No one is against the law" ... just remember it is illegal to transport illegal aliens in the United States of America
. . . and if you need documentation and fact checking ::
