We recently saw this meme online, which fact-checked Joe Biden trafficking illegal aliens into America using DOD airplanes. Somebody commented isn’t it illegal to transport aliens across state lines? So we contacted legal counsel and here’s what we found . . .
YES, it’s a felony.
Subsection (a)(1)(A)(ii) of Title 8 of the U.S. Code makes it a felony punishable by up to ten (10) years in federal prison to:
transport or move or attempt to transport or move such [an alien illegally in the United States] within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law. This comes directly from Section 8 of Article I of the Constitution.
No one is above the law?
So, one must ask if Biden flying illegal aliens into cities around the country is not against the law, or are there exceptions to Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer’s mantra “No one is above the Law!”
